The claim is not merely that coherence is desirable.
The claim is that coherence is the condition under which separate descriptions can belong to one reality at all.
Without coherence, there is no unified object.

Without coherence, there is no continuous identity.
There are only snapshots sharing a label.
Without coherence, there is no lawful present.
There is only a current value that may have been declared, overwritten, fabricated, or misunderstood.
Without coherence, there is no field to unify.

The coherent model preserves both.

XVI. WHAT THE CHAIN ESTABLISHES
The strongest version of this argument does not blur its levels.
At the structural level, the conclusion is unavoidable:
Local descriptions form one world only when they agree on overlaps.
Present states are independently legitimate only when they can be reconstructed from valid causal histories.
A unified object is therefore not defined merely by shared labels or simultaneous display.
It is defined by preserved relationship.

The difference is not one more theory competing for institutional approval.

The field was never an additional object hiding between all the objects.
